I have 6 years of experience in DBT therapy and it has helped me improve myself in various ways. I want to offer DBT related advice and guidance for whatever you may need it for. Whether you're struggling to communicate, want to better identify your emotions & reactions, want to learn how to cope with unpleasant feelings, have a struggling relationship, or overall want to see how you can improve in various parts of your life, I'm here to offer my knowledge. I am judgement free, understanding, and a great listener.
Training & Qualifications
I am someone who is recovering from mental illness and I want to help others who are facing similar obstacles know that they can also build a life worth living.
