So mainly I just need my hair dyed.

but no money for hair dye.

If you're able to cut also, I just need a simple masculine cut. Just a edit of the bangs but not full removal
and removal of most of the hair on the back of my neck by the bottom of my head and stuff.
Let me know what you can do. If you can only cut and not dye that's fine too.
