Lend my ears for venting, bragging, soul searching, or simple listening. Time limit depends on communication preferences. Skype, FaceTime, phone, or similar 15 minutes. Thirty for texting or similar. Email won’t really work.
Training & Qualifications
In my 10 years working in Corrections, this is something I performed daily. My state offered training which I attended (twice!) and received a certificate in.
