Training & Qualifications
I've been veg since 1983, am a vegan-leaning vegetarian, am on the Board of the San Francisco Veg Society, am an advisor to Jewish Veg, and have read, researched, written, discussed, and lectured about vegetarianism, veganism, and plant-based eating.
