I recently had a very negative interaction with a person who either intentionally or unintentionally implanted some very dark evil suggestions in my mind. Now I'm struggling to release the suggestions and my anger around the interaction.

This is affecting my mental and physical health negatively. I'm having trouble sleeping, working, relaxing, and can't stop thinking about this interaction. I've never experienced anything like this before and am feeling shocked at myself, angry, and a little afraid...and like I need better defenses.

WTF is going on? How do I forgive the person, let go of my anger, stop thinking of the interaction, and most importantly get these evil thoughts out of my mind?
