I've been studying and practicing hypnosis for several years and focus on positive affirmations embedded in metaphorical story telling alongside cognitive behavioural therapy inspired visualization exercises. My recordings are very professional, interesting, and most importantly help you achieve better results in whatever it is you're working on.
Training & Qualifications
I have hypnotized dozens of people in person, most of whom have reported immediate results. Additionally I have made several self hypnosis audio recordings for myself, friends, and family all of whom have reported benefits from use.
However I am not a licensed hypnotherapist nor do I claim to treat any mental or physical disease or condition.
